What are these famous tasks to do every day?
There are many ! Divide your garden by sector and focus on one of them every day. For example, you can spend an hour hunting weeds. This is important in summer because weeds use resources for your plants. You can also clean your driveways, that of the terrace. You can maintain your flower beds or your vegetable patch. Take away the dead flowers, harvest the ripe fruits and vegetables. There are always a few things to do in the garden. In addition, you combine business with pleasure because it is good for morale.
What about lawn and hedges?
Generally, hedges do not cut in summer. For the lawn, if a mowing is necessary, you must respect the schedules imposed by your municipality. Most often, the time slots used are: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays and holidays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. It goes without saying that if you have no neighbors in the immediate vicinity of your home, you are free to mow whenever you want.
What about watering?
Water your beds, flowers and vegetable garden in the evening so that the water does not evaporate too quickly. Water daily during periods of high heat. If you are restricted, recycle the water. You can use the water that was used to clean the vegetables, the water from the kettle that was not used and even the water from your condensation dryer. Go green! However, do not water your lawn, it is useless. You will waste water for nothing. If your lawn is dry, do a very short mowing to clear the soil. So the rains will be more beneficial, and it's cleaner.
